We have an Analysis department who look at your requirments and recommend the best way forward. Once this has been agreed, a detailed document outlining what is required is passed to the head developer who then distributes the work to the best qualified programmers. The Project Manager is the point of contact; it's his role to ensure that realistic timeframes are laid out and met. Our testing department ensures that what has been asked for is being delivered to a level of quality that we can be proud of.
